About this grade
HonestBind PV 4110 is a protective-colloid-stabilized PVAc homopolymer built for pigmented wood fillers: it carries very high loads of wood flour and mineral filler, dries fast enough for same-shift sanding, and sands to powder instead of gumming the paper. Filled knots and joints take stain and topcoat evenly.
The homopolymer backbone keeps raw-material cost attractive for high-volume filler production, and its low odor and formaldehyde-free, low-VOC profile suit factory and site use alike. Downstream coating adhesion is excellent for both waterborne and solvent finishes.
