About this grade

HonestBind A 1615 is the flexible member of our wood-finish family, tuned for exterior joinery where seasonal wood movement cracks harder lacquers at the joints. Its moderate Tg plus self-crosslinking network give a finish that flexes with the substrate yet still builds real block resistance for stacked windows and doors.

Water uptake is low enough for full outdoor exposure over a suitable primer, and the fast, low-odor dry keeps factory lines moving. APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and low-VOC; blend with the harder A 1630 to fine-tune the hardness-flexibility balance per line.
