About this grade
HonestBind A 1680 carries pendant hydroxyl groups sized for waterborne polyisocyanate crosslinkers, giving true 2K performance from a waterborne system: solvent resistance, alcohol resistance, and hardness that survive bar tops, restaurant tables, and parquet traffic where 1K films eventually polish or swell.
Pot life at typical NCO:OH ratios is a comfortable working shift, and the cured network resists ethanol wipe testing that marks even good self-crosslinking films. It is the grade we specify when a customer says a waterborne finish has to replace solvent 2K PU without renegotiating the spec. APEO-free.
