About this grade
HonestBind PA 6210 deflocculates ceramic slips and glaze suspensions at very low additions, dropping slip viscosity so casting bodies flow at higher solids and spray driers run at lower water loads — a direct energy saving per ton of tile or sanitaryware.
In press-body granulate it doubles as a temporary green-strength binder that burns out cleanly below glaze maturation, leaving no residue chemistry in the fired piece. Supplied as an ammonium-neutralized liquid grade selected for low foaming in continuous milling.
