About this grade
HonestBind PA 6110 is a low-molecular-weight sodium polyacrylate engineered for the detergency workhorse jobs: sequestering calcium and magnesium in hard wash water, dispersing soil particulates, and preventing zeolite and carbonate incrustation from graying fabrics over repeated cycles.
It slots into powder formulations through the crutcher slurry and into liquids at neutralization, tolerating high electrolyte loads without gelling. As a process polymer it carries no film-forming data — no Tg, no viscosity midpoint — and formulates purely on dosage response in your washing tests.
