HonestBind VA 3710 bonds nonwovens by saturation, foam, or spray application, giving fiberfill and fleece products tensile strength that survives wet use and repeated washing. The self-crosslinking network sets at moderate oven temperatures, protecting line speed on lightweight webs.
Its raw material base is selected for food-contact compliance, opening food-packaging fleeces and kitchen wipes to a single-binder specification. Formaldehyde-free crosslinking keeps the finished web odor-neutral, and the balanced Tg of +6 °C leaves wipes drapable rather than papery.
