About this grade

HonestBind SA 2450 brings elastomeric waterproofing to cost-sensitive, protected applications: under-tile wet-room membranes, buried foundation coatings, and intermediate layers that never see direct sun. The styrene-acrylic backbone delivers excellent early water resistance at a raw-material cost pure acrylics cannot match.

Because styrene limits long-term UV exposure tolerance, keep it out of permanently exposed roof finishes; under tile and behind cladding it is the pragmatic specification. It blends with the harder A 1380 to stiffen membranes beneath tile adhesives, and its APEO-free stabilization keeps it wet-area compliant.
