About this grade

HonestBind PA 6310 is an anionic polyacrylate thickener that builds print-paste viscosity instantly on neutralization, holding pigment in a short, buttery rheology that releases cleanly through rotary and flat screens. Prints keep sharp edges without haloing, and the paste recovers viscosity immediately behind the squeegee.

It replaces emulsion thickening in pigment printing outright and tolerates the electrolyte load of tap-water pastes better than first-generation synthetics. APEO-free and formaldehyde-free; combine with binders A 1710 or A 1715 for a complete paste system from one supplier. As a rheology product it publishes no film specs — no Tg, solids midpoint, or supply viscosity.
