Being zinc-free, it meets the metal-restriction rules arriving in institutional cleaning tenders while still stripping on demand with standard alkaline strippers.

Formulators get a forgiving platform: broad compatibility with wax emulsions, wetting aids, and leveling additives, plus low-VOC compliance for indoor-air-quality programs. Add 5-10 % HonestBind WX 7110 for slip control and black-heel-mark resistance.
